In order for a return on your order, you must phone or email Bauman Executive Sales with the reason for a return. If product(s) were put in a environment, that was not ment for the product, a return may not be approved. If return is approved by Bauman Executive Sales, please read and follow the instructions and information listed below. If you are unsatisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days from the date of shipping for a refund on the purchase price of the product less a 15% return fee. All merchandise must be returned in re-sellable "as-new" condition with the original box(s) including factory or product manuals. Any discrepancies, damages, or uncleanliness could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit. No returns are accepted on used gas powered or PTO powered equipment or if the item has been filled with gas or oil. We cannot accept any returned electrical merchandise including mowers. All transportation charges on products submitted for refund under this warranty must be paid by the purchaser. No shipping charges will be refunded. There are no other expressed warranties. 1. Save the box(s), invoice and packaging materials
2. Email to brad@everydaysimpleproducts.com to request an RMA number.
3. All returns must be in the original box, include the invoice and have an RMA number issued and posted on the return label.
