Within the 48 continental US states, all products ship for free!
Once an order is placed, you can expect the shipment to leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or truck-freight.
For shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us for a shipping quote.
We have partnered up with Bongo International Mail Forwarding. For international orders, please visit their website to learn more. After setting up an account, Bongo will provide you with a US mailing address. We will ship to this address and, after Bongo receives it, they'll forward it to you!
Returns
We take pride in offering quality products from reputable manufacturers. Issues with shipping or defects are extremely rare. However, if your order is damaged, defective, unsatisfactory, or you simply change your mind, rest assured that you will be taken care of!
Please contact us with a description of the issue. We will promptly respond with authorization, an RMA number, and a return address.
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipping date. In the event of a damaged or defective product, we will refund your purchase price in full. Non-defective returns will be refunded, less a 10% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns must be in re-sellable, "as-new" condition with the original box(s), factory/product manuals, etc. No returns are accepted on used gas powered, used PTO powered equipment, or items already filled with gas or oil. Products damaged due to use in unintended environments or methods may not be approved for return. There are no other expressed warranties. If products are returned without authorization, we have the right to refuse shipments or deny refunds.
